When We Say Wristwatch, We Look For ‘Timelessness’ And Guess What, We Found An Overachiever But In The Category Of ‘Hideous-Ness.’ Don’t Believe Us? Brace Yourselves, Folks!

Most watch consumers tend to prefer watch designs — for lack of a better term — approachable, the kind of suave and feeling that can be worn every day without drawing an undue amount of attention. And class is often associated while also being understated, after all.

Henceforth, for most enthusiasts, design, craftsmanship, mechanical complexity, and value for dollar are all subjectively weighed in an effort to determine the most appropriate timepiece decision. Naturally, outliers and more novel designs are considered risky and are often left behind in the race for mass-market appeal.

With all of that said, we encountered a watch that’s on our radar for this month. So, if you’re looking to cast off the chains of watch convention and make a brighter statement.

Of course, not everyone wants something wild on their wrist and instead looks for a lot more reasonable watch options that are classic and statement-making, but not quite so far “out there” to style. Read ahead and decide for yourself!

Dolce & Gabbana is an Italian luxury fashion house founded in 1985 in Legnano by Italian designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. The house specializes in ready-to-wear, handbags, accessories, cosmetics, and fragrances and licenses its name and branding to Luxottica for eyewear.

The timepiece we encountered from the brand are the Dolce and Gabbana D&G Unisex Rare Medicine Man Retro TV Watch. If you take your time with a level of art form and great style, then this is the watch/ chronograph for you!

The graphics displayed on the post-modern face are sharp in visual, echoing all smiles, which your boss won’t appreciate in front of him/ her. So, we won’t suggest to even putting this one on your wrist while you are at work, because, Darl, this won’t work!

Well, some might feel it is a funky-looking watch and you have to dress right or it’s gonna look out of place on the wrist. But we didn’t realise before having a look at the button below the crown, which activates a green light on the dial.

Take note that the green glow only appears on the circular part of the dial and not the whole rectangular dial. This can, in turn, be hard to adjust the strap to a perfect fit, which eventually tarnishes the luxurious feel of it.

Thus, we can ensure you one thing, i.e., once you put this beauty on, you may, however, never wear a “plain” watch/ chronograph, again! Happy Vibrancy!
