Hello Beautiful! First things first, has your perception about the modelling industry changed over time? If yes, how?
Hello, my perception about the modelling industry was always pretty positive. Luckily over time, it stayed mostly positive… Of course, the more you dig in the more you discover new aspects about this world, both positive and negative… But in the end, it works the same for every professional environment.
Which supermodels did you look up to when you first started your modelling career?
I used to look up to Kate Moss and all the supermodels from the 90s… I just loved their class and the strong personality they used to have.

Tell us about your experience while modelling for your first shoot.
My first shoot was very challenging of course because I wasn’t used to it. I was pretty embarrassed and not really in my comfort zone. But luckily, after a few moments, I was able to feel confident and comfortable. I believe I was also very lucky to have an amazing team to work with. They motivated me a lot.
What’s your idea of a perfect day off when you are not modelling?
My perfect day off is when I can take care of myself. A day where I can go to the gym and maybe enjoy a nice spa session. Also combined with a nice dinner somewhere with a view would just be perfect. I believe this job can get pretty stressful so it’s important to be able to take good care of oneself.

Share with us the beauty routine you follow. And what do you do to stay in shape?
I mostly do bodyweight exercises and I like to go for walks around the city. My beauty routine is mostly composed of a few products but very important ones: sunscreen, moisturiser, facial serum and also, I believe in cosmetic treatments and plastic surgery.
How was your relationship with your body when you started modelling as a career and what is it today?
My relationship with my body goes up and down. When I started, I was more insecure about my body image but by now it’s really better. I am learning self-love and it’s been an amazing journey.

If you could go back to the past, is there anything you would change?
I would change so many things. Mainly my teenage years. I used to feel so insecure and I was giving too much importance to others’ opinions… If I could go back, I would tell myself to just believe more in myself and care less of other’s opinions.
Do you think that social media is a boon or a bane of these models’ jobs today? Social media basically changed the way of being a model. They changed every aspect of the fashion industry in so many different ways… So, I would say there are many positive aspects as much as negative sides of them. Also, it depends a lot on the use people do of them.

Are there any projects that you are working on that we don’t know about? Please shed some light on them.
I am working on many different projects right now, mainly as a model and influencer but also, I am exploring new projects in the fashion design field so… Stay tuned!
Lastly, would you like to share some piece of advice you would give to someone who is just starting out modelling?
My advice is to believe in yourself, to feel worthy of appreciation and to be ready to receive ‘NO’ as an answer. The most important thing is to keep it real and to be yourself. And never let a ‘NO’ define you as a model.
