How did you fall in love with art? Among many aspects of art that you love, why did you choose an artist?
I think it’s a particular structure of the brain, the mind. Like some people having a “mathematician brain” and enjoying solving tasks with numbers, I’m interested in solving philosophical studies through visuals and aesthetic tools.

What’s your working inspiration?
I spent most of my life in Ukraine; for just 10 last years, I’ve been living in the United Arab Emirates. Since my early childhood, I’ve been obsessed with art, and Ukraine gave me great inspiration and background since I started with traditional and folk styles like Petrykivka painting. The nature of Ukraine has so inspired me; as a child, I was looking for a way to express my love for it; I’ve endlessly painted local flowers and animals. Later on, my preferred topics and styles changed; I went through so many stages in my art, and the most what I love most about it is my ability to communicate my ideas and feelings through it. Lately, for several years already, especially after moving to UAE 10 years back, I’ve been inspired by evolving technologies which made me create artworks combined with tech and my first NFT, the opening of Robotic Art Gallery, which concept was rotating around art made with technology. But since the war in Ukraine has started and many heritage has been destroyed, I want to reintroduce the Ukrainian theme in my art.

What are your most notable jobs?
One of my most notable works, and one of my favourite too, is an artwork about the eternal question of existence and my vision of how it might be after a while with human life running its course toward significant Hitech improvement. It was created in the middle of 2018 and titled “Prove you are not a robot,” which contains an image of Elon Musk becoming part of artificial intelligence by installing a chip in his head. A few months later, Elon announced that he was going to insert a chip known as brain-machine interference to be implanted into the minds, which would help to achieve “symbiosis with artificial intelligence.” This artwork participated in many intentional art fairs. In 2022 I created an NFT based on its work.

What inspires you every day?
Every day I’m finding inspiration in many different things like books, arts, and movies. I’m finding lots of inspiration when I’m communicating with people and listening to their ideas, and thoughts. I’m filled up with new ideas when I’m attending art fairs and museums and walking through contemporary galleries. But the most fruitful inspiration I have through talks with my husband about all this. It’s where my ideas flow into the most unexpected forms of thoughts, crazy, absolutely crazy philosophies and theories. My mind flies when we are having discussions.

What are you looking to achieve in the next couple of years, both professionally and personally?
In the next couple of years, I want to shape a deeper awareness in me personally and in my art in my contribution to society and Earth. I want to add more value to the world that surrounds me, approach it from the giving perspective, and create growth potential in people I can reach out to and those who are reaching out to me. When I’m looking at problems that people create in our world on many levels of our existence and how easy it could be to avoid them by being just more continuous individuals, I just pray of finding a way to communicate it on a larger scale.
