As you walk into the store, located in the Khan Market area of Delhi, you get pulled in to immerse yourself completely in the ambience. The store is spread over two floors, the second one is where the café is at, offering a wide selection of healthy food with that personal homey touch. The dining area has a warm and fresh Mediterranean feel to it and a menu that is simply divine. You could indulge in a burger with a tangy orange and cinnamon iced tea or not waste time and move to the one we are writing about today, the Bianco with Arugula, white Truffle oil pizza. The dish is as fresh as it sounds. As you bite into its almost-non-existent thin crust a delectable infusion of flavours fills your mouth. Those of you who are on a fitness regime this pizza is tailor made just for you. It is a perfect cheat day stand in with no possibility of any guilt attached. The truffle oil, which is generously drizzled over the pizza, is uncommon in Italian cuisine but is precisely what adds depth to the flavour of this pizza. An innovative style is what this place is all about and hopefully will be here to stay.
