When I retired from being a professional ballerina, I had planned to become an actress, and I studied music as well. But on my way to becoming an actress, I began to model. I sort of just fell into it. Although,
I always dreamt of becoming a Guess Girl… this was a massive dream of mine since I was a little girl, & now this past week I just finished shooting my 3rd global campaign for Guess in Rome. Dreams can come true, but it requires dedication, concentration, and heart. As an influencer, I show my followers the world of fashion and luxury travel that I’ve discovered through my years as a model, and in terms of music, I like to create songs that people connect with, that lift their spirits up & make them feel good.
Your Instagram is raving with stunning pictures of you showing your amazing fashion sense. From tulle gowns to loungewear and mini dresses, you have slayed in all of them. What kind of fashion do you admire the most and why?

I absolutely love classic glamour! If you couldn’t tell by my Instagram, I always love to be dolled up and looking my best. I love timeless pieces. I don’t usually like to follow trends that only last for certain seasons. I love elegance and iconic looks that last a lifetime.
Your love life has caught the eye of tabloids in the past when you split with Colombian singer Maluma saying it was a toxic relationship. What do you seek in a relationship and did you feel things could have worked out with Maluma?
Having a private relationship in the public eye is very difficult. Sure, no relationship is perfect, and we all do the best we can when we love one another. But I think for a relationship to last and be successful, love must have a foundation of honesty, trust, and mutual respect. Without these, what do you have? Love is best when it brings us balance and peace, as well as joy and happiness.

Maluma created the ‘Hawai’ song which was about tensions in a relationship after you both broke up. The theme of the song looked similar to the real-life split. What do you feel about the song, was it dedicated to you?
Music is big business and a good story… especially a scandal… will always drive sales and views higher. If he did not intend to write “Hawai” about the break-up, it is curious that the video of the song includes recreations of photographs of me and Neymar from the actors in the video. And as you could expect, the resulting scandal about the song made it one of the best sellers of the year. And that is show business baby! Haha.
Earlier this year, rumours kept buzzing that you were with footballer Neymar. Are you currently single or seeking a relationship?

Neymar is a great friend. He has a very sweet soul, kind spirit and when I’m in Paris, we always hang! Yes, our magazine photoshoots looked romantic, but really they just brought out the chemistry of two really close friends! In terms of a relationship, I’m keeping my private life, more private these days.
You had a feature in the video promotion of ‘Loco’ with singer Anitta in Aspen. The video raked millions of views as it was fun and quirky and showed the energy of free-spirited girls. How did you get the feature? Kindly share your experience.
I’ve known Anitta for a while now, and when she asked me if I would be interested in joining her skiing in a bikini in Aspen to promote her new record, how could I say no?! I admire her and respect her very much. She’s so fun, free-spirited & cool... And the experience of hanging out with such an awesome group of girls for the week shooting was so amazing. The video clips we shot looked very sexy, but to be honest it was below freezing on the mountains!!

You are a social media mogul with a whopping 3.6 million followers on Instagram. From performing in music festivals, modelling, to travel, and features in music videos, you have done it all. What did you enjoy the most and why?
I sing, dance, model, & act… I’m at heart an entertainer. I enjoy it all because I know this is what I’m meant to do. It brings me happiness and fulfilment, and when that translates directly to my audience, it brings the same feel to them as well.
You have a ravishing body and a great physique. What kind of fitness regimen do you follow daily? Please share some tips with our readers. First, I spent over 15 years dancing ballet, which provided me with a lot of muscle memory. As long as I exercise at least 4 times a week, I can keep good muscle mass and definition. My exercise ranges from ballet to hiking to tennis to biking to intense gym workouts. I find that mixing up my workout regimen like this helps keep my body balanced and my mind strong. Oh, but don’t forget proper good nutrition… food intake plays a big factor on overall physique!

Having made big in the entertainment industry, what has been your career high point?
In terms of modelling, being the face of Collini Milano, with a billboard in Times Square and having global Guess campaigns- seeing myself around the world in advertisements, has been absolutely surreal. In terms of music, the moment I sang and danced to my song ‘Selva’ in front of thousands of people at the EDC Mexico festival filled me with electricity. The energy the crowd gave me was unlike any other feeling- this was perhaps one of the best nights of my life performing. I absolutely love to write music and perform. As an actress, I had an awesome cameo on the Young and the Restless, playing myself, but I’m still working towards my ultimate acting dream… I want to eventually be a Bond Girl. And in terms of music, I can’t wait to release MY first long-awaited EP.
Kindly share some exciting projects that you are working on.
I’m actually currently working on my OWN brand! I’m going to be launching my own makeup line which I’m extremely excited about. Everyone who knows me/ all my followers can see that I have an everyday signature style of makeup that I do.. and one of the number one questions I get always is for a tutorial asking how to do my makeup style! So I’m really excited to be putting out my own collection, of colors & the styles that I personally love, as I know those who follow me are really going to love it. I’m also currently recording some amazing music, with some awesome international features. I’m super thrilled about it. So stay tuned for the surprises that await! 2021 is going to be a very big year.
