Now we need to focus on making the frozen whipped cream toppings. These toppings will not only make everything more flavourful but also enhance the texture of the drink. Take a piece of waxed paper and add some whipped cream in thin sheets and leave this whipped cream in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Now, the fun part begins when going for the main drink. Take a cocktail shaker and add rum, vodka, maple syrup (half), pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice (half), ice cubes and salt. Rigorously, mix this drink for about 20-30 seconds and make sure each and every ingredient is well mixed with each other. Strain the drink with preferably a filter on top.
As for the toppings, when the drink is poured into the two chilled martini glasses – add a piece of frozen whipped cream with pumpkin pie spice. This completes the tale of the Pumpkin Pie Martini and now you can enjoy this winter drink with everything that you need to keep yourself hot and warm.
