  • • Chopped Garlic cloves – 2
  • • Cooked Rice (Long) – 300 Grams
  • • Black Sesame Seeds – 1 Tbsp
  • • Coriander Leaves – 3-4
  • • Spring Onion – 1 (To Serve)
  • • Red Chilli – 1 (To Serve)
  • For The Barbeque Sauce
  • • White Soy Sauce – 60 ML
  • • Lemon Juice – 20 ML
  • • Brown Sugar – 60 Grams
  • • Honey – 2 Tbsp
  • • Chilli Paste – 3 Tbsp
  • • Rice Wine Vinegar – 1 Tbsp
  • • Crushed Garlic Cloves - 2
  • • Sesame Oil – 2 Tbsp
  • • Ginger (Grated) – 3 Tbsp
  • How To Make:

1. First, we will make Barbeque Sauce for that juicy flavour that we crave in comfort food. Combine all the given ingredients in a bowl and for seasoning use some pepper. If you have chosen a Korean Wok for making this recipe – you’re a learned personality. Heat the wok with 1 Tbsp of oil and add the eggs. Cook for about a minute and make sure the eggs are scrambled well.

2. Heat another pan with oil and ½ of the already prepared barbeque sauce. Place the chicken inside and fry the mixture for around 6-7 minutes for that juicy texture. Put this mixture aside for some time.

3. On another pan, heat the remaining oil and add the vegetables like the spring onions, red chilli, garlic, and cabbage and fry them until you see a light brown colour. It’s now time to add the barbeque sauce and cook the mixture for about a minute or two.

4. Slowly add the rice to the mixture and stir for some more time. As for the remaining chicken, and eggs – mix them now on low heat and for that minty flavour add half of the coriander too.

5. Now you have to wait for the rice to become crispy and appetizing. As soon as you see the edges of the rice turn into a light brown colour remove the mixture and it is now ready to serve.

6. For the garnishing part, divide the rice into the adequate serving amount and garnish each bowl with red chilli, sesame seeds, and coriander.
