THE DEVIL’S KEEP CRAFT IRISH WHISKEY

One of the rarest whiskeys, with only 333 bottles to have been released in the market, this Irish gem is the oldest-ever triple-distilled single malt. The whiskey is aged in a complex way, where it’s matured in Northern Ireland and completed on the coasts of the South East. A sensational taste; the whiskey is first aged in 200 ltr American oak casks, which had Kentucky Bourbon in it before and then transferred to French oak barrels that once had tawny port and then ends up in rare virgin Hungarian oak. The taste is of toasted caramels, lingering honey, tawny port and stave toasted accents.

LAST DROP DISTILLERS 1976 JAMAICAN RUM

A 43-year-old rum which has only 183 bottles and is distilled from pure Jamaican sugarcane, is definitely in every connoisseur’s list. The taste acquired by the spirit is due to the tropical heat of Jamaica where it was laying within ex-bourbon casks and was then transported to Liverpool, imparting a unique taste due to the then cool and salty tang of the Irish sea. The taste of initial sweetness fades to a dry spicy cacao with a tingling of aniseed.
