Take a grinder and make tomato puree out of two or three tomatoes, then cook it for 10 minutes in the pan. After the mixture cools down, add little water, sugar, salt and spices and again heat it for approximate 5 minutes.
After the curry preparation is done, time to make koftas. Start with grate the courgettes and squeeze it and allow the excess water to drain. Take the remaining courgettes into a bowl, mix it with gram flour, and add spice and salt to the mixture. You can also put amchoor to add flavours.

After the kofta mixture is prepared, start making the balls out of it, and give it a shape by pressing it slightly into patties.
Once the patties are done, heat a frying pan, and fry the koftas slightly in low to medium heat. Remember that the flame should be medium so that you don’t burn the most important part of the dish.
Lastly, put the koftas in the curry as you serve the yummy Courgette kofta to your guests and family. You can serve it with rice or chapatti both.
