Add vodka and keep whisking for a minute or two.

In fancy shot cups, add this mixture halfway.

Transfer to the refrigerator to firm up, 2 to 3 hours.

Once the layers are firm, move to the second part. Whisk together the remaining package of purple Jell-O and a cup of boiling water vodka and black food coloring until fully dissolved in a measuring cup.

Now pour this Jell-O mixture on each Jell-O Shot and let it firm for 2-3 more hours.

Once done, rim each shot glass with lime and dip in black sanding sugar.

Voila, serve and get high!
