The brand’s bags are emblazoned with graphics that pay tribute to iconic LGBTQIA+ community. Besides this, the brand’s commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community extends beyond fashion, as the brand has partnered with the Hetrick-Martin Institute to emphasize on the importance of inclusivity and support. The classic tote with a colorful twist, sporting the

Louis Vuitton’s creative director Nicolas Ghesquière added a new bag to the French luxury maison’s line up: the Coussin. Since the drop, the bag’s star has only risen. We suspect that might have something to do with its plush, pillowy construction— the French word “coussin” translates to “cushion” in English, which is apt given to the bag’s baby-soft leather body. The architecture of the Coussin—which the designer says is an exploration of the cross-over between the masculine and the feminine is a quilted shaped bag. It is luxurious and soft, which is intentionally contrasted by its steely metal chain hardware, resulting in an accessory that embodies the gender-fluidity of modern dressing. Already one of Louis Vuitton’s most recognizable designs, soft and supple, the bag is offered in a range of hues from timeless to fashion-forward and features the chunky edgy chain.
