Keeping up with Grammys was exciting and we found the celebrities who went viral with their statement-making astonishing outfits. Have a look!
A 24-hour city that never stops, Las Vegas hosted the most awaited show of the year. We believe God is on our side these days, with back-to-back red carpets and us getting to talk all about fashion, it’s our personal heaven. A week after the Oscars and its drama, the doors of MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas opened on 4th April for the Grammys, and let us tell you there wasn’t a single dull moment except some of the stars could have had a better fashion game. 64th annual Grammy Awards took place largely this year and was flooded with an array of our adorned celebrities. From the Glambot shots to the performances inside, it was surreal and made up for the past years that Covid-19 stole from us.
Some ladies spotted chose outfits portrayed in the recent fashion weeks, while some opted for iconic looks from the past and others choose their favorite designers for the special apparel for the night. Hands down, the male stars made more fashion statements than the females this year. In fact, couples were seen complementing each other’s looks and bringing that ‘adorable’ factor to the show. Without further ado, let’s dive in and check out ‘who wore who’ & styled ‘how’ at the 64th annual Grammy Awards. We’ve mentioned our favourites too, read on!
Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker
With the rumors of them getting secretly married after the Grammys, we are just keeping up with them for their fashion. Kourtney wore an Et Ochs cut-out jumpsuit in Black, pretty basic, and her husband-to-be Barker, pink Givenchy coat that spoke more than Kourt’s look. They definitely got all the attention from the paps but their fashion was pretty basic to us.
Dua Lipa
Just a few days ago we were discussing Versace’s Bondage Dress which was majorly hyped when it was first seen in the autumn/ winter 1992 collection, and it’s as if Dua Lipa was listening. She decided to wear this throwback piece and looked stunning with the mesh bustier, dazzling jewelry, and her new blonde bombshell hair. This look surely deserves a ‘Crush’.
Olivia Rodrigo
It was her debut and she won three awards. Yes, the stunner won the Best New Artist award, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Pop Vocal Album. History was also repeated when she dropped one Grammy and broke it into two like Taylor swift. Coming back to her look, we are obsessed, she wore a Vivienne Westwood trompe l’oeil gown with metallic pink details on it. The add ons like the gloves and other accessories completed the look perfectly.
Justin & Hailey Beiber
This couple left us in aww with their cute PDA moment on the red carpet. Hailey wore a figure-skimming white satin dress from Saint Laurent with her hair tied in an easy braid with some strands left out. On the other hand, Mr. wore an oversized suit from Balenciaga with a hot-pink beanie, and boy they sure made an impression. Hailey choose minimal jewelry and her huge engagement ring leaving our mouths open.
Tayla Parx
We’re guessing she got the memo wrong, Parx it wasn’t a Halloween or costume party. Sorry not sorry but the look didn’t go well with Grammy. She opted to wear a Super Mario-esque dinosaur suit. She also wore a spiky green cuff and bright yellow flatform boots. Thankfully we have no idea which brand she was wearing and we’d like to keep it that way.
Lady Gaga
With her around except nothing but the best. The best moment was her performing with her ideal theatre kid energy. She graced this year’s Grammy in a monochrome gown by Armani Privé. Her 80s hairstyle was the highlight with elegant jewelry. It was a truly classic Hollywood look and we are captivated.
Tiffany Haddish
She definitely was looking glamorous but if we have to rate the dress, she choose wasn’t appropriate for the event. The metallic one-shoulder gown is a Prada custom. Hope nobody went home with pain in their eyes that’s how much light is reflected on the red carpet. Although we have to give her points for her blonde hair and diamond jewelry.
Giveon
Yes, we were keeping the best-dressed man for the last. Giveon stole the show with his custom-made Chanel suit. The classic tweed design isn’t just limited to ladies now, handsome men are also pulling it off equally. Like he sparkled on the red carpet with diamond jewelry he also made it to ‘our favorite’ under the best-dressed category.
