A Caipiroska is a common light drink that tastes like rum but in India, it is popularly made using vodka. Its Brazil’s national cocktail and is loved for its complex flavours. Traditionally this drink was made with cachaca which is a distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice. But today most of the mixologists use vodka to enhance the flavour of this drink, moreover, it’s easily available. So to prepare this drink we basically need – lemon, sugar and vodka, but if you’re up for some fun experiment, we suggest try and add fruits like pineapple, kiwi and mint to make your Caipiroska light yet tasty. - 2 kiwi
- One lime
- 2 mint sprigs
- Raw sugar (Crystals)
- Vodka (of your choice)
- Pineapple juice
- Take a kiwi and chop it roughly into small pieces, if you have raw pineapple peel that too and juice it or cut it into small pieces.
- Once the fruits are chopped, you can take a classic cocktail glass and pour in your 100 ml of vodka in it; finally, add the lime juice into it.
- Take raw sugar and mix it into the cocktail glass, adding mint.
- Lastly, you can put the chopped fruits into the cocktail glass and add ice to it. To make it more delicious sprinkle a little black salt on it and you’re ready to have a refreshing drink of your day. Now you can have your booze and keep it healthy too!
