Cream, Taupe, Beige, Terra-Cotta, Merlot, Russet, and Marsala are some of the earthly colour tones that you can go with. These colours give you a sense of belongingness and make you feel connected with the roots. They go perfectly with a super dark and mid-dark interior.

Mark The Depths of Dark

Although, dark colours were believed to be sinister and on walls generally they indicated taboo. But, now as times are changing, everybody is accepting bold and dark colours and going with them. They not only look modern but also possess a sophisticated vibe altogether.

Colours in this category can be charcoal, black, ebony, chocolate, anchor, and iron. For the people who don’t like poppy and bright walls, this can be a fantastic choice as dark colours can complement light colours seemingly. If you want to combine some colours, you can go with charcoal and light grey, or golden and black.

Split Colour Scheme for The Bath

Split colour schemes have been with us for a very long time. It is one of the most common choices in European countries and it is what it is for a reason. It creates an optical illusion and makes the room feel bigger and the height of the walls appears to be more.

Green and white, blue and white, grey and purple, and beige and chocolate can be some examples of split colour schemes where one half of the wall is painted with different colours and the other half is painted with a different one. The only point worth remembering is that those two colours should be of opposite shades, i.e one light and one dark.
