Begin with a hydrating primer and a satin-matte foundation to form an even base, then softly set it for that soft blur. Blend your eyeshadow out with a fluffy brush so that the edges are melted, and forego lip liner; tapping your lipstick on with your finger or a little brush is perfect for that hazy look. Finish it off with a matte blush pressed in with a velour puff at the very tops of your cheeks. For deeper skin, try plums, deep brick reds, or deep corals to make the look pop.
