Cartier: Nature In A Bottle
The olfactory version of Cartier’s fine jewelry, Cartier Les Epures de Parfums reflects the greatness of nature.
The new range of perfumes launched under Cartier’s new collection, Les Epures de Parfums, takes us back to the soothing scents of nature. Perfumer Mathilde Laurent described the new range as “ bottling the delicate scent of life to offer the original pleasure of enjoying nature.” In these times of turmoil, we couldn’t have asked for anything more from the craftsman of olfactory.The three fragrances unveiled, Pur Muguet,Pur Kinkan,Pur Magnolia exude three different scents that are crafted for all genders. While Pur Maguet combines the floral sweetness of lily of the valley with the fresh smell of green leafs, Pur Kinkan is all about the citrus-freshness of kumquat and lemon zest. Derived from the sweet magnolias, Pur Magnolia is a spring feeling packed in a bottle. The reflective floral art on the perfume bottle assigns the beauty of fine jewelry to it. The bottle itself resembles the vintage beauty of the 1926 Cartier vase and the three rows of thread spun around the cap remind us of the tri-row Cartier rings. It is in the simple and subtle appeal of the Cartier Les Epures de Parfums that shines through its appearance.
