Mudumalai National Park

The Mudumalai National Park is not just another wildlife national park, it is also the connection between the Eastern Ghats and the Western Ghats. It is located on the Ooty Mysore Route and might take you 2 hours from the city centre. It is the home to approximately 50 tigers, making it a national tiger reserve as well. Apart from this, the park is rich with various species of flora and fauna, giving tourists various things that might interest them. Visitors can also look for accommodation provided at the park by the Forest Department.
