While in college I knew that I wanted more.
You have a degree in business law. How did you start with your entrepreneurship since your young college days? Kindly share your journey.
While in college I knew that I wanted more. I wanted to create my own vision and execute it into a service or product that I could provide people with. I started learning about backend digital platforms and funnels and was completely infatuated with how the ins and outs of digital systems worked. I really was working on all of this on my own while going to all my classes but got connected to some big figures in social media and I started event coordinating for their brands. The more real-life experience I got, the more I started straying away from my classes and diving fully into what was fulfilling me but also teaching me more than I could learn in my classes.
You dropped out of college to grow your marketing agency Ann Access. What interested you in viral content services?
I got to a point that I believe a lot of ambitious visionaries get to and I knew I had to make a decision to either play it safe and focus all my time on school or stop splitting my time and invest fully into what I knew I wanted to create. I made the decision to stop playing the SCARED game, and I went for it. I was so invested in learning and obtaining as much knowledge as I could about how new age media was affecting the Gen Z era as well as the generation before and grew a sixth sense for the types of brands, concepts or ideas that had the potential to impact the masses. The processes and all the work that went into the media houses I previously did events for showed me all the behind the scenes efforts it takes to get a concept in front of millions. Ann Access helped many brand owners and entrepreneurs on a personal marketing level, but I knew there was an even bigger community of people out there ready and searching for a platform to help them in branding and exposure. This inspired me to start crafting my own viral content services, Hierarchy Media, to teach others and empower others into getting the exposure they deserve and levelling the playing field for those that have a real STORY and IMPACT they are trying to make.
As a woman myself, at a young age trying to figure out how to build my own business, it’s easy to be overlooked
Your company Hierarchy Media aims to support ambitious women. Why start something with women in focus?
While we work with both male and female entrepreneurs, brands, and corporate clients, I had to make an emphasis on building a platform and community for the women who were never given the opportunity to expand their business interests. We are not an agency, but we support the women who come to us in helping them advance their ideas and their visions for their personal or business branding by keeping them authentic to who they are. As a woman myself, at a young age trying to figure out how to build my own business, its easy to be overlooked; I want every woman out there that has ever felt like she did not have someone on her side rooting for her and showing her support, that the community I have built is a safe haven for those ready to align with what they want to be known for and provide services to those women that are ready to be successful in their branding and image strategy.
Whats that message on femininity that you want to spread?
There is no obstacle that you can not face. We are healers, we are dynamic, we are empowered and within every single one of us is the power to achieve the goals and success we want for ourselves. You just have to step into your power and press the GO button.

From helping others to expand their brand to building your own product brand, how did Deadgal happen?
I had spent years at this point helping others with their brands that one day I just knew couldnt wait any longer and needed to take the time to put out my own brand. Deadgal was created by my boyfriend and I during Covid and it was such an amazing experience to work on a company with someone else, especially someone that has personally taught me so much in business but is also my significant other. It was a blast and we are now completely an e-commerce brand with our nail glue ranking Amazon’s top choice!!
Fashion is a business activity. But these days top brands are opting for gamification and other unique ways to expand their reach with innovative means. What is your technique for expansion in the coming future?
I never stop thinking of ways I can further serve my clients and my community. Hierarchy Media is my life, so even when I’m not working, I’m working. Understanding the masses, the communities, and overall the people you want to reach is the key to connectivity between providing products or services that directly impact your audience. I already have some new projects in the works for Hierarchy so you’ll see soon enough!

Can you tell us about one of the projects of your companies that became an instant hit with customers?
Hierarchy Media started providing our Instagram Exposure Access which took years to develop the community we have on our backend. We started as a group of 100-200 public figures and entrepreneurs to now over 5 million accounts that share and connect with one another through our system. We were only able to offer this service to our clients and brands that we were fully managing – but with so many requests we realized some people were not at a stage where they had a brand or company ready for full management yet they wanted to join an exposure service to start themselves off. We made some adjustments and it is now a service we provide many people and the community just keeps growing!
How are your businesses coping with the Covid-19 outbreak?
The businesses have not been affected much by Covid. It has been a time where brands and entrepreneurs dove even deeper into valuing their online presence, so Hierarchy Media has been on go, go, go helping clients craft their presence and get exposure. We are proud to say we have helped many small business owners during this time with getting exposure and business! While I truly thought DeadGal could be a hit in retail since we launched during Covid we pivoted and focused just on e-commerce. Amazon and our website are the only places you can get DeadGal nails, but my boyfriend will tell you.I won’t shut up about wanting to get Dead Girl on SharkTank and into retail!!
I never stop thinking of ways I can further serve my clients and my community.
Who are the notable clients you have worked with till now? Kindly share a memorable experience with them?
I have been blessed to work with so many amazing, spiritual, dedicated women that this year has really brought me a lot of joy. Caroline Madison who works with Limited Ventures, a Miami based venture firm has shown me what hard work and being a strong woman in business looks like. We met in Miami, totally random, and bonded over manifestation, the energy of the universe and what we put into it and not long after it seems every week one of us has a project we can work on and we have become great friends as well. Michelle Demaree who is also a spiritual and business goddess, owning her own diamond concierge company for extraordinary couples (and by extraordinary I mean up to 20 carats!!), intrigued me from our very first conversation. We talked about her Diamonds for Soul collection, which are her intention of diamonds, made to inspire women to manifest and tap into their power within.
You are a true fashionista in front of the camera. Who are your inspirations for fashion and styling?
I think my inspirations in fashion come from all over. I really have to dress to the mood that I am in. I can feel on top of the world just in some dope sweats, sneakers and heels with a slicked back pony but I can also feel like a badass wearing a dress and heels. My fashion architect Anthony Leroux always seems to read my mind on clothes and accessories and ends up putting my own pieces together in ways I would never have thought of. He could probably shop for me and pick out things I like and pair them better than I could. Another huge inspiration and accessory to me that I MUST HAVE are nails. Nails have always been a part of my fashion and empowered me to feel beautiful and confident from a very young age. I came into contact with Blush Me Beauty Bar owned by Carlson Bui and I have never felt so at home in my life. Their nail techs Tran Anh Tuan and Sean Pham are well known for their nail artistry. The nails they create have been unmatched by any nail tech or designs I have ever seen. I wouldn’t feel like myself without nails or a wild sweatsuit fit.

You are an empire builder in relationships too, with a loving partner. Would you like to share some tips for lasting bonds and relationships?
Not every relationship is perfect but it takes real love for yourself to be able to stay vulnerable with a significant other and be in a place where you can grow together and have patience for one another. I hate to compare business to love but just like building any business, a relationship is much the same as you get what you put into it, the success depends on the level of commitment and devotion, you’ve made the conscious decision to invest into it, and it is bigger than just yourself. A business is built with the help of others and the implementation of others who are the best in their area of expertise; in a relationship, it is not just about you!!! It takes two to commit and invest time and time again into your bond and growing together. You have to accept each other’s weaknesses and strengths and use your own to complement one another.
With such a stunning figure, how do you make sure to stay healthy and fit?
I’m ashamed to say I eat pretty much whatever I want when I want. I just make sure to drink water every day, be happy and not stress about the small stuff. My health really only fluctuates on the levels of stress I am feeling, so waking up every morning and doing my makeup out with the sun rising on my face is almost my meditation period each morning that I soak in the sun and let my body breathe in the fresh air. For me, health is maintaining a healthy mindset. As long as you have that, you’ll be unstoppable.

What is that dream still to come true?
I want to be financially stable enough where none of my family ever has to worry about a thing. I want to put both my parents in houses to thank them for everything they did for me when growing up and I want to just be able to sit back when I’m older and say I made a difference, and I had fun while doing it.
