Having honed her skills in organizing glamorous events for renowned French luxury brands, this French native is now dedicating her talents to those most in need.
In 2023, she established House of Galas with the ambition of creating remarkable events for causes dear to her heart. Now poised to host her inaugural charity gala in New York City on April 20th, 2024, Gabriella’s spotlight shines on Free a Girl USA and its School for Justice program. This initiative, she explains, is more than a mere rescue mission—it’s about providing a holistic pathway to empowerment through education. Young girls, victims of exploitation and abuse, are rescued and educated to become leaders in law enforcement and journalism, igniting systemic change from within. The charity operates in over 10 countries, with a significant presence in India, including Delhi, Kolkata, Mysore and Mumbai.
Reflecting on her journey, Gabriella emphasizes her dedication to infusing her philanthropic endeavours with the same sophistication and elegance she once brought to Chanel and LVMH events. Every detail, from the decor to the cuisine, is meticulously curated to create an unforgettable experience— one that not only raises funds but also raises awareness and inspires action.
When asked about her motivation, Gabriella credits her mother with instilling in her and her sister a deep sense of empathy and a desire to give back. She remembers accompanying her mother on charity trips to help disabled children when she was just 12. These experiences made a lasting impact. Moments that she will never forget.
Despite her blessings—Gabriella felt a calling to do more, particularly in the realm of promoting education for vulnerable children. She explains: “I had a revelation moment when I attended a gala a few years ago. One extraordinary woman was honoured for 15 years of work with charities. I was so moved and admirative of her work. I realized how much of an impact I could make if I started now. How many children can I help? It was the beginning of inspiration for House of Galas.”
Looking ahead, Gabriella sees her role not just as a hostess of glamorous galas to help those in need but as a trailblazer, paving the way for younger generations to engage in charitable endeavours. For her, age is no barrier to making a difference—it’s about seizing the opportunity to effect change now rather than waiting for the right moment.
