This is one of the awards that take up most of the heat as everyone is keenly waiting for the album that outshined everybody. This year in 2022, many albums like Justice by Justin Bieber and Donda by Kanye West took the piece of the cake but the album that took the whole cake away was “We Are” by Jon Batiste. Not only this award but Jon won around 11 Grammys this time which made him one of the celebrities to sweep the most awards in Grammys 2022.
Winning a total of three Grammy’s, she won the award for “Best New Artist”.
Best New Artist
Music is nothing without the artists that makes exception and put meaning to them in such a way that they are not just mere sentences. They put life to the words and most importantly they portray it in a way that our emotions snap out of the moment and connect with them instantly. Just like the songs, many artists come and go, but one of the artists who sang some melodies that will stay forever was Olivia Rodrigo. Winning a total of three Grammy’s, she won the award for “Best New Artist”.
Although Kanye West did not attend Grammys 2022, but he still managed to win two awards this year.

While rock and pop take the title for some of the most applauded music genres Hip Hop is not so behind. The craze for this music genre popped up in the 80s and the 90s when everyone wanted to rap. Rap literally means Rhythm and Poetry. 2022 was somewhat special because we saw many Rap songs like My Life by J Cole, and Bath Salts by DMX, but the winner for this year was Jail by Kanye West ft. Jay-Z.
